Andrew Swan is a skilled and versatile pianist and teacher from the NSW Central Coast, having had extensive experience in a range of musical styles including jazz, musical theater, rock and country.
Andrew was musical director for the world premier of David Mackay and Jon English epic musical Paris, and has been heavily involved in rearranging subsequent productions. Other stage productions Andrew has musical directed include 
Les Misérables, Chicago, Evita, West Side Story, Jesus Christ Superstar, Rent, Grease, Pippin,
Godspell, Avenue Q, Hair, Blood Brothers, Parade, They’re Playing Our Song, Leader of the
Pack, Back to the 80s, Sophisticated Ladies, Nunsense, Tapestry, Back to Bacharach & David and many more.
He arranged the music for new productions of Keating the Musical, The Great Aussie Rock
Musical, Prisoner Cell Block H and Saturday Night Fever. He co-composed and recorded the
music for the popular childrens musical A Friend for Frankenstein, and was also awarded with Best Original Score for a short film at the inaugural Quick Flicks film festival on the Central Coast.  
Andrew performed and musical directed for Nick Christo cabaret Well Swung at the Noosa Long Weekend Festival, as well as accompanying for The Australian Cabaret Showcase. He regularly performs with tribute shows around Australia including Elvis, John Denver/Glen Campbell/Johnny Cash, Frankie Valli, The Everly Brothers, Michael Bublé, Roy Orbison and The Rat Pack. Recently, he performed the world premier of Civic Melancholy, a contemporary new music work for two pianos by renowned composer Chris Sainsbury.
He also performs regularly with Australian star of stage and screen, Pippa Grandison, has played with renowned jazz artists like James Morrison and Liam Burrows, and frequently performs solo or with his band. At home, he runs his own studio where he teaches, records, arranges and composes music. 
Andrew has had a long association with teaching piano at the Central Coast Grammar School as well as the Yamaha Music School.
